The Process

  • Together, we develop a customized sales plan, including business goals and objectives, customer needs, competitive advantage, etc.
  • We will mutually agree on terms and and performance metrics
  • After a focused learning period analyzing your target market, we begin active lead generation to qualify prospects to start the sales process.
  • We will review progress weekly and commit to a performance review every 90 days. A long-term contract is not required.
  • If required, we will provide post-sale account management support for new customers and service and upsell existing customers.

Fee Structure

As this is a performance-based partnership, sales to new or existing customers will be based on a mutually agreed-upon commission rate. For time spent in management meetings, in-office prospecting, presentation development, and weekly time and task reporting, the rate is $45.00/hour. There will be no hidden charges. We cover our own costs for office, cell phone, or car expenses.
